In anticipation of the U.S. ratification of the U. N. Law of the Sea Convention, IOI - USA is planning to offer an Ocean Governance Course.  This course will assist participants in developing sustainable policies for healthy ocean communities, the newest governance options using ecosystem management, and policies and programs to more effectively implement the U.N. Law of the Sea Convention.

The program will be greatly aided by IOI 

consortium members and the expertise of

the IOI - USA team.
